Jon Shiner quit corporate life in 2010 and started brewing on a 1,000-litre manual brewhouse in Orange, at the foot of Mt Canobolas on Wiradjuri Country. No adjuncts — corn, rice or cane sugar are off the table. The range runs from a 3.5% mid to a 7% double IPA, all unfiltered. The taproom on Mitchell Highway is bookable for functions.
