Michael Ryan came to restaurants via science; his wife Jeanette Henderson via the Prince Wine Store and a winemaking qualification. Together they've held two Good Food Guide hats at their Ford Street address since opening in 2009. The B&B rooms sit above that same kitchen — a logical place to wake up if you're eating at Provenance the night before.
