The 1868 Glen Roy Shearing Shed — stone walls, built by Chinese labourers travelling to the goldfields, sheep shorn here until 2009 — now houses Sue Bell's boutique winery and cellar door. Bell tents sit out back. The produce garden feeds the kitchen; three days' notice gets you lunch. Book ahead, or just show up between noon and four.
