Richard Watkins spent 30 years brewing before opening this Braddon brewpub with co-founder Tracy Margrain in June 2014. A smart call: 3,000 litres poured that first weekend. A decade on, the flagship IPA Crankshaft has topped GABS' Hottest 100 for seven consecutive years. Spent grain goes to local farms; their produce comes back to the kitchen. The loop is tidy.
