The team behind Fremantle's North Street Store and Little Loaf took over a former O'Connor ice-cream factory and opened its doors to the public, turning out loaves, croissants, hot cinnamon buns and pastries seven days a week. A serious, flour-first operation from some of Perth's most decorated bakers, now with a proper retail counter of its own.
