Know before you go. Getting here means unsealed roads from either the inland or the coast, 4WD only and only in dry conditions — do not attempt them wet. From the camping area it is 1.4km on to the signposted turn-off and another 5.2km to the lookout parking. The falls drop 90m to a pool and then cascade a further 230m into Blencoe Gorge. Camping must be booked in advance, and there is no mobile reception out here.
