Blue Mountains Chocolate Company has made chocolates in Katoomba for more than twenty years, working from Belgian couverture with fillings sourced locally. The counter runs to truffles, gift boxes and a wall of chocolate bars in some twenty flavours, and there is a café side to it: hot chocolate by the wood fire in winter, or out on the verandah in the mountain air when it's warm. It sits on Lurline Street, a short walk from the centre of town. Open seven days.
