Thirty acres of regenerative kitchen garden two kilometres from Birregurra; gardeners pull the harvest each morning for that day's service. Slow-cooked beetroot braised with abalone and whipstick wattle. Pork jowl grilled with smoked eel. Wheat croissants. Country acknowledged to the Gulidjan people. Dinner Thursday, lunch Friday to Sunday. Six guest suites by Six Degrees Architecture for diners booking the meal.
