Debra Lee Cheyne builds Butterscotch Castle from other people's cast-offs, taking end-of-season shirts apart and reconstructing them into one-off wrap skirts, coat dresses and kimono shirt dresses. Each is cut from a single sourced garment and made to be worn several ways, and the workshop runs entirely on solar power. Cheyne sells online and through pop-up shops.
