The cellar door on the Charles Sturt University campus in Wagga Wagga is where viticulture students make actual commercial wine — grapes sourced from Mundarlo, 30km east of town. Open Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm to 6pm. Tastings are unhurried. The wines aren't precious; they're made to sell, which tends to keep them honest.
