Chocolate Elements is a small team making couverture chocolate on site in South Brisbane, a few minutes from QPAC and the Cultural Centre. Alongside the truffles, bars and barks is a Scottish streak that sets it apart: tablet, tatty sweeties and a signature Chocolate Haggis. The shop doubles as a café, with hot chocolate, gelato and a short food menu, and runs tempering classes and behind-the-scenes tastings through the year. Tastings are free at the counter. Open Wednesday to Sunday.
