Clare Peters Art Glass

Cardiac nurse turned glass artist Clare Peters works from a teaching studio in Fountaindale on the NSW Central Coast, making kiln-formed, multi-layered fused glass pieces that embed deconstructed text — often drawn from the Psalms — within the material itself. Her work is held in the Australian National Art Glass Collection, and has won prizes at the Corning Museum of Glass and Bullseye's US Emerge exhibition.
