Twenty-five cottages and four lodges spread across grounds with a lake, streams, and 500 square metres of kitchen garden on Darkinjung land at the edge of Bouddi National Park. The restaurant draws more than 15 per cent of its menu from that garden, with 260kg of food waste composted back into it weekly. Ninety minutes from Sydney; twenty by ferry from Palm Beach.
