Deep in the Daintree at Diwan, a rainforest orchard of rare and exotic fruit - Davidson plum, soursop, black sapote, wattleseed - is churned into small-batch ice cream and sorbet under a tree-to-cup philosophy, no packet mixes. The four-scoop cup rotates with whatever is ripe, and visitors can wander the orchard on a self-guided walk.
