Five generations of Molloys have run this 1,100-hectare Central Tablelands sheep and cattle property since the 1820s — Grant is the fifth, his boys the sixth. Since 1997, the farm has operated on Allan Savory's regenerative grazing principles, and the results are visible: healthier pasture, retained water, less weed cover. Guests stay in a farm cabin and, judging by the repeat visitors, rarely come just once.
