Marc Serafino planted the first apple trees on this 42-acre Macedon Ranges property in 2014. A decade on, he's making ciders spiked with hops, molasses and coffee — a Dark Molasses Espresso among them — poured alongside food-truck wings and nachos under a heated marquee. Tasting paddles are the sensible entry point.
