Kate Laurie trained at the Lycée Viticole d'Avize in Champagne; husband Hamish is a fifth-generation South Australian vigneron. Together they make traditional-method sparkling wines from hand-picked, high-altitude Piccadilly Valley fruit, aged on lees and disgorged in small batches. The Blanc de Blancs — six years on lees — is the headline act. Five red stars, Halliday 2025.
