Kate Laurie trained at the Lycée Viticole d'Avize in Champagne; husband Hamish is a fifth-generation South Australian vigneron. Together they make traditional-method sparkling wines from hand-picked, high-altitude Piccadilly Valley fruit, aged on lees and disgorged in small batches.
