Balhannah's Route 9 produces Square 1 gin, Adelaide Hills Whisky Co single malt, and a rum project under one roof — with wood-fired pizza and cocktails to round out the cellar door. The distilling academy runs hands-on sessions where visitors blend and bottle their own gin or botanical vodka to take home.
