Family run on Hobart's Old Wharf since 1979, which makes it one of the longest-standing restaurants in the city. Tasmanian seafood, dinner only, from five, seven nights, closed one day a year at Christmas. Crayfish never sits on the menu because the season won't allow it; it turns up as a special when they can get it, or they order it in if you ask. Founder Craig Godfrey writes books on the side.
