Melbourne's dedicated IPA brewery founded in 2015, operating a taproom called The Incubator in Collingwood. Fixation produces nothing but IPAs — from their flagship Obsession Session IPA to hazy, fruited and high-ABV expressions — all brewed with obsessive freshness.
