Everyday started on Collingwood's Johnston Street in 2013 and moved one block over in 2018 to a Sackville Street warehouse that now holds both the roastery and a larger café. It roasts in house, running a rotating line-up of single origins alongside steady blends like All Day and Mucho Gusto. The room serves that coffee seven days a week with bagels, pastries and simple eats, and carries a full retail range of house-roasted beans and brewing gear. It is a working roastery you can sit down in.
