Mobile venue
Jackie and John run hands-on cooking classes across the Fleurieu Peninsula, with Jackie teaching from the bench while a small team supports the room. Sessions last two to two-and-a-half hours and cover pasta, cheese making, sausage making, dumplings, hibachi steak and spice masterclasses, most finishing with a glass of South Australian wine. Classes are hosted at wine-country venues including Chapel Hill and Hastwell & Lightfoot at McLaren Vale, Bungala House at Yankalilla and the Lakeside Butter Factory at Milang.
