A family-owned winery in the northern Barossa Valley, founded in 1996 by winemaker, viticulturist and geologist Rob Gibson, known locally as "The Dirtman" for his fascination with soils. The focus is small-batch Shiraz, Riesling and other varieties drawn from Barossa vineyards. The cellar door is open seven days a week, 11am to 5pm, for tastings, and there's a wine club with member savings.
