Volunteers from the Gulgong Historical Society have been accumulating Australiana here since 1962, spilling out from the old Times Bakery and Produce Store across 1.5 acres — buildings from the 1870s rush, three of them relocated, plus an original in-situ streetscape. The road between the two main buildings was eventually closed and swallowed whole. Inside: an operational print shop, a restored Cobb & Co coach, copies of the Holtermann photographs, and a Museum of Sight and Sound covering Australian cinematography and sound recording. Open 9–5 daily bar Christmas.
