Haco is a Japanese omakase restaurant in Sydney's CBD led by Executive Chef Kensuke Yada. The venue uniquely fuses charcoal grilling with tempura, presenting dishes as theatre from the counter. Chef Yada brings a decade of fine-dining experience and training in Japan's washoku traditions. Service is intimate and seasonal, emphasising balance, technique, and precise craftsmanship. Open for lunch Friday–Saturday and dinner Tuesday–Saturday by reservation only.
