What started as a lockdown garage project in 2021 has outgrown the lounge room boxes and landed in Hahndorf with a proper tasting room. The range skews playful — Ginspresso is an espresso martini riff in gin form, the Blue Lake Gin nods to Mount Gambier, and there's a Toffee Apple Vodka for those committed to the bit. Small-batch, hand-labelled, worth the Hills drive.
