Brendan and Scott started HBC in 2014 over a pint, which at least makes for an honest origin story. Their Red Shed taproom sits hard against Hobart's waterfront at Macquarie Point, next to the old IXL jam factory — working brewery visible, tanks where they'll fit. The flagship Harbour Master is where to start; limited releases follow when curiosity takes hold.
