Born from a desire to avoid the morning commute, this King Valley family distillery has been running its copper-and-glass column still since 2016. Barley spirit forms the base across the range — Yardarm brings hops and pink peppercorns, Powder Monkey goes navy-strength with triticale, and a seasonal cherry gin uses fruit grown locally. Botanicals, including some from the on-site garden, are vapour-infused rather than steeped.
