The Trimboli brothers opened this in a former gallery on Lonsdale Street in 2009, and Braddon became a food precinct around it. Pasquale is an architect and designed the room. He also runs the wine, which is Italian, two hundred deep, and in the Wine List of the Year Hall of Fame. The focaccia comes off the sourdough starter the family began with in 1996.
