A former railway goods shed in Soldiers Hill, repurposed into a distillery and bar. The house spirits include Gallivanter Gin — juniper-forward with hand-foraged Western Victorian botanicals — and Vansetter Vodka, an all-grain spirit made with local volcanic spring water. The coffee liqueur brings in Karon Farm beans, finished with Grounded Pleasures panela sugar. Drink it where it was made.
