The drinks list runs from reimagined classics to house signatures, mixed with quality spirits and fresh flavours, and there's a tight menu of small plates and shareable things to graze between glasses. Live music takes over on Friday and Saturday nights, and a members' club rewards the regulars who treat it as their local. The hours are deliberately compact — afternoons and evenings, Tuesday through Saturday — which only adds to the sense of a place that opens when it means to and looks after whoever walks in.
