The Di Tommaso family came from Abruzzo and have run Maldini at 47 Salamanca Place since 1996. Italian cooking on Tasmanian produce, Tasmanian and imported wine, lunch Wednesday to Friday and dinner seven nights. The tables under the umbrellas on the footpath are the point: on Saturday mornings they put you at the edge of the Salamanca market.
