A colonial-style stone cottage on Darwin's Esplanade, built by the late Lord Alistair McAlpine. The three-bedroom house sleeps up to six and has its own pool, sitting on the waterfront boulevard that runs along the top of the city, a short walk from the CBD and harbour.
