A Wodonga-born fine-food merchant whose reputation rests on pastry: in the 2022 Official Great Aussie Pie Competition it took the title of Australia's best gourmet pie for a slow-cooked Chinese barbecue pork belly filling, part of a haul of fourteen medals across the 2021 and 2022 contests. From a Wodonga base the business has grown to shopfronts in Albury and Beechworth and an outlet at Melbourne's Prahran Market, but it remains an independent operation rather than a franchise.
