Matt and Sharynne Wilson opened this production-scale taproom in Caloundra in late 2020 to handle overflow from their award-winning Moffat Beach brewpub. Twenty rotating taps pour beers that took Champion Independent Brewpub and Grand Champion Beer at the 2020 Queensland Food Wine and Beer Awards. Wilson's Barbecue handles the food side: smoked burgers, American sides, freshly canned limited releases sealed on the spot.
