Know before you go. Two short tracks on the north peak: North Cliff track (720m return, Grade 2) to Logans Lookout, and Mee-bor-rum circuit (840m return, Grade 3) to East Cliff Lookout.
One of the volcanic peaks of Moogerah Peaks National Park, rising over the Fassifern Valley near Boonah in the Scenic Rim. Two short tracks cross the north peak, Mee-bor-rum, and neither requires previous bushwalking experience: the North Cliff track leads to Logans Lookout above the valley, while the Mee-bor-rum circuit reaches East Cliff Lookout with views toward Tamborine, Lamington and Mount Barney. The peaks of the park are significant refuges for rare and vulnerable wildlife — close to Brisbane yet rugged, relatively undeveloped, and popular with experienced bushwalkers and climbers.
