Three generations of the Gibson family have been making wine in the Gold Coast hinterland since Peter founded this small estate in 2002. The standout is Winter Original — a honey fortified wine that took Double-Gold at Hong Kong's China Wine Awards in 2012. George Gibson's final recipe, Gibson's Gold, contains 23-karat gold leaf. Unusual stuff, earnestly made.
