Head brewer and distiller Aimee Cahill keeps the lineup unpretentious: a lager, a pale ale, seasonal experiments, and small-batch gins, vodkas and whiskies made with Goulburn River water. Six Degrees Architecture fitted the building to Nagambie's heritage streetscape — white render, barn doors, brick floors, a centrepiece fireplace — then opened the back onto a split-level deck above the lake.
