Julian Hills named his 32-seat Yarraville restaurant after the Cherokee word for "local" — a nod to his American roots and the foraging habits he picked up in country Victoria as a kid. The ceramics on the table are his own. So is the food. Two Good Food Guide hats since 2023, with a lounge next door running its own snack menu.
