Paul and Kerry Wilson run a working dairy on Bundjalung Country in the hills between Nimbin Village and Tuntable Falls, making cheese and yoghurt from their own goats and cow's milk. The range covers fresh and aged goat cheese, a Monte Nardi hard cheese that gets compared to Tasmania's best, a blue cow, soaps and kefir. The Farm Gate Café operates Thursday to Sunday 8am–2pm — licensed, with cheese platters, toasties, ice cream and take-home packs. Wander the farm afterwards; QR codes along the way tell the dairy's story and introduce the animals.
