Nullaki Distillery

High in Denmark's hinterland, this small distillery draws on Great Southern barley, Swan Valley and Pemberton barrels, and its own spring water. The Tawny cask expression runs to black cherry and fig; the Pinot cask is lighter, all crisp red fruit. Views from the cellar door stretch clear to the Southern Ocean over Wilson Inlet.
