Oh!Boo is the work of Fanny Chan, a maître chocolatier who trained in Belgium and brings her Filipino background to a single shopfront in Barangaroo. The range runs to pralines, ganache-filled chocolates, barks, rochers, dragées and truffles, built on her own chocolate blend and slow-roasted nuts. She has been making in Australia since 2008. The shop sits on the harbour edge of the city, open six days, with orders shipped nationwide.
