Otway Estate Brewery

Tucked into the Barongarook hills on the edge of the Otway Ranges, Otway Estate is home to Prickly Moses Brewing Co — one of Victoria's more seriously set-up independent producers. The brewery draws on pure rainwater collected from the surrounding rainforest, and the sustainable credentials run deep: solar power, spent grain donated to local farms, and a genuine commitment to low-impact production. On-site you'll also find the Forbidden Fruit Cidery and Redwood Distillery, plus the Otway Estate winery and cellar door, making it one of the more complete craft beverage destinations in regional Victoria. Accommodation is available if you want to make a weekend of it. Open daily, about an hour inland from the Great Ocean Road.
