Pearly Oyster Barand Farm

A farm-gate oyster bar in Batemans Bay on the New South Wales south coast, run by the Paschalidis family, who have farmed the Clyde River estuary for more than thirty years. They grow Sydney rock and Angasi native flat oysters, grade them at the shed and shuck them fresh to eat on North Street. Oysters straight from the estuary that produced them.
