A West Perth warehouse left empty for a dozen years, now a 450-seat brewpub opposite City West station. The founders went from winning a backyard-brewing comp with a coffee-cream porter to running their own ten-hectolitre brewhouse; twenty taps still lean experimental, from hazy IPAs to fruit-salad sours, beside a pan-Asian kitchen. Lime green and orange throughout, a sandpit for the kids, live music on weekends.
