The menu runs to 16-hour smoked wagyu brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, pulled pork, Texas hot links, potacos, smash burgers and fried chicken, finished with house-made rubs and sauces, alongside sides like skin-on chips, onion rings and pickled slaw. Meat comes as individual plates or share platters such as the Texas Trinity.
Sundays bring a Bottomless BBQ at this Mulgrave venue, with 90 minutes of unlimited top-ups. A second Q Brewery & BBQ operates at Hallam, pouring Melbourne-made craft beer.
