The rum here dates to 1933, when George "Bunny" Fesq established Red Mill; his great-grandson David has brought the name back, now with a working distillery and cellar door at 176 Mullens Street in Rozelle. Guided tours take in the distillery and barrel hall, and the low-lit cellar door among the barrels doubles as a private events room. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 5pm.
