Rusty Roof Vineyard is the family-owned vineyard and cellar door agronomist Tim opened inland from Ulverstone in November 2025. The property sits in the cool-climate wine country of Tasmania's Northwest Coast, 870 Castra Road in Spalford, where the cellar door pairs tasting flights with local platters. Visitors can wander the vines, meet the farm animals and settle in around the fire pit; Tim runs occasional guided tours of the vineyard and cellar door through Tasting Trail's "Behind the Vines" programme.
