A secondhand bookshop, courtyard cafe and bar in a converted 1880s terrace on Glebe Point Road, next to Gleebooks, opened by Meredith Baillie in 1996 and in this former Glebe youth centre since 2003. More than 30,000 hand-picked secondhand books fill three floors of nooks, humanities-leaning, with a resident cat called Charlie. The leafy back courtyard, its youth-centre graffiti kept on the walls, runs as a cafe by day on Toby's Estate coffee and a house chai, then a wine and tapas bar after dark with live music and fortnightly poetry. Australia's only secondhand sheet-music shop, Da Capo, is upstairs.
