A fully halal Uyghur restaurant in Sydney's Chinatown, cooking the food of Xinjiang in China's far north-west, where Central Asian and Chinese traditions meet. The kitchen turns out flame-grilled lamb skewers, hand-pulled laghman noodles, polo (fried rice), goshnan lamb-stuffed pies and pillowy steamed buns alongside a range of Uyghur breads. Open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.
